Your packages will be sent as soon as possible after payments are processed through PayPal.

Ensure your address is correct on PayPal as this is the default ordering & postage address. Packages returned to us from an incorrect address will incur postage fees to resend. No refund will be available if an incorrect address is supplied.

Please allow a minimum of 10 - 14 working days for parcel post in Australia & at least 4 weeks for International orders.

One of the tasks set for kids in Topic One is to draw and label their pets eye. This is lovely drawing by one of the students.
Thankfully COVID has had minimal impact at KVC, so we're still completing orders within usual production times. This situation may change due to government decisions or supply chain disruptions, but we promise to keep you up-to-date if your dispatch date is affected. Note that Australia Post have advised that some delivery times are taking longer. Be assured all care is taken to wrap & send packages in Australia Post recommended packaging. Even though we cannot control the postal service, you will be supplied with a Tracking Number for large packages so you can track your parcel.
